The total stock of modern industrial space for lease almost reaches 8 million square meters. We registered ongoing market activity with no signs of slowing down in the first three months of 2019. The gross demand realized in the first quarter was about 380,000 square meters and thus followed the average values of 2018. The market is very active in the traditional locations of Prague, Pilsen, Brno and in the last quarter also in Ostrava. The main limiting factor is the labour force, with average unemployment around 2 %. The regions neglected in the past are also at the forefront now.
